PRODUCTION HOMEBUILDING
Western Nevada County CA Region
In 2016 we saw a need to provide production home building skills to the Western Nevada County, California region. The region is experiencing steady growth and not every homeowner wants or can afford to build a custom home.
Through our many years of working with developers building successful commercial projects, we understand the requirements necessary to provide high-quality, cost-efficient new home construction.

Production Homes Built on Experience.
We hold ourselves to higher standards. –We demand more from ourselves. We care about our home buyers’ experience, how their home looks, feels, and lives. We care about the relationships with our craftsmen, our lenders, our neighbors.
And we expect from them what we expect from ourselves – a belief that this process is as much about building a better life as it is about building a better home.
